Steve Hite

Steve Hite, born on February 11, 1964, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, March 30, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of kindness, laughter, and dedication. He was the proud owner of Ultra Green Lawn, where he poured his hard work and passion into serving his community.

Steve was preceded in death by his parents, Anita Joy Hite and Steve Severe Hite, as well as his sister, Merri Lambert. He is survived by his three sisters, Diana Kincaid, Brenda Cozart, and Jeni Kearns, along with many beloved nieces and nephews, extended family and friends and his beloved feline, Oreo.

A celebration of Steve's life will be held on Sunday, April 27th at Frank Liske (Hartsell Shelter) from 4:00 to 7:30 PM. Family and friends are invited to gather, share memories, food, and honor the life of a man who brought joy to so many.

Steve's warmth, humor, and generous spirit will live on in the hearts of those who loved him.
