Patricia Ann Spradley Romefelt

In Loving Memory of Ms. Patricia Ann Spradley Romefelt, originally of Concord, passed away peacefully on February 10, 2025 with her daughter by her side.

A service celebrating Pat’s life will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, February 14, 2025, at Wilkinson Funeral Home Chapel, officiated by Rev. Wes Judy, with burial to follow at Oakwood Cemetery. The family will greet friends from 1:00 to 2:00 pm prior to the service.

Pat was a devoted daughter of the late Mary Louise Taylor Spradley and Henry Carl “Don” Spradley, and was born on October 7, 1946, in Cabarrus County.

She attended Concord High School and graduated from Evans Business College. After college she worked in banking at Citizens Savings & Loan followed by Cabarrus Memorial Hospital in the insurance department. Pat was best known for her 26 years at the Safety and Health Council of North Carolina where she made lifelong friends and retired.

Pat was an avid reader and loved words, both written and spoken. She had a passion for painting, arts and crafts, learning Spanish, and socializing whenever possible. She loved music and always loved to dance. She will be remembered for dancing and her red lipstick and pink cheeks.

Her legacy continues through her loving daughter, Angela Romefelt Everhart and husband, Timothy “Tim” Gray Everhart, of Charlotte; and her grandchildren, Aspen Everhart, of San Diego, and Zachary Everhart and wife, Hannah, of Raleigh; brother, Bill Spradley and wife, Jerri; sisters, Peggy Cromer and husband, Rusty (deceased), and Donna Keel and husband, Mike.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in honor and memory of Pat to The Alzheimer's Association.
