CONCORD- John “Lock” Flowe, age 59, beloved husband, father, and brother, passed away suddenly on June 14, 2017, surrounded by his loving family.
A celebration of Lock’s life will be 2pm Saturday, June 17, at First Presbyterian Church in Concord. Following the service, the family will receive friends in Davis Hall.
He was born June 27, 1957, the son of Dr. Benjamin and Dorothy Flowe of Concord. He graduated from Concord High School in 1975, and from there attended the University of Colorado, graduating with a B.S. in Biology and a Masters in Business.
Lock’s proudest accomplishment was his family and making time for them was always his highest priority. When he wasn’t golfing, you could find him watching his favorite teams—the Denver Broncos and Tar Heels.
Lock is survived by his father, his wife Judith Frye Flowe, their two children Paris and John Lock Jr.; siblings Benjamin Flowe and Sally Aberle, as well as several nieces and nephews.
