Mr. Keith Marshall Fink, 92, of Concord, passed away on Monday, October 21, 2024, at his home. He peacefully departed this world surrounded by his loving family.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, October 24, 2024, at St. James Lutheran Church, officiated by Rev. William Ridenhour, with inurnment following in the church columbarium. The family will greet friends from 1:00-1:45 pm prior to the service in the Church Fellowship Hall.
Keith was born on July 18, 1932, in Rowan County to the late Hazel Jones Fink and Lonnie Beauford Fink. He is also preceded in death by his wife of 53 years, Peggy Lentz Fink; sister, Janice F. Graham; brother, Jerry “Butch” Fink; and son-in-law, Bryan Todd Lineberger.
Following his graduation from Wake Forest University, Keith pursued a career in pharmaceutical sales and research. His greatest passions included a nice day on the golf course or fishing with friends at the Outer Banks. He was also a talented stand-up bassist and played in a band with Peggy and other medical professionals called "The Prescriptions".
Keith's devotion to his family was unwavering, leaving behind his cherished wife of 14 years, Margaret Fink; son, Jeffrey “Jeff” A. Fink and wife, Linda; daughters, Jill F. Irvin and husband, Frank, and Joy F. Lineberger; sister, Shirley F. Phillips; brother, Kenneth Fink; grandchildren, Anna Fink, Ella Fink, Lauren Irvin, Allison Hinson and husband, John, Amanda Irvin, Will Irvin, Lindsey Lineberger, Conner Lineberger, and Chase Lineberger; and great-grandson, Miles Finnegan Hinson.
