He was born in Norfolk, Virginia on September 4, 1949 to the late John Anthony Weber, Sr. and Dorothy Mae Marshburn Weber.
If you had the pleasure of knowing John, you knew of his love for family, friends, hard work, and laughter-he was the ultimate jokester. He was a man with a heart of gold and would lend a helping hand to anyone who needed it. NASCAR, football, and fishing of any kind-pier and deep sea- were some of his favorite past times, along with his love of music, and making memories at his cook outs.
He was preceded in death by his first wife and mother of his children, Lois Mae Allman Kluttz and brother, Franklin “The Colonel” Weber. Left to cherish his memories are wife, Mary “Sweet Mary” Weber; daughters, Angie “Slim” Garrett and husband Tommy, and Barbara “Fishhead” Eldridge and husband Pete; grandchildren, Kimberly Garrett, Tiffany Lowe, and Amber “Guppy” Eldridge; siblings, Judy Fortner and husband George, Margaret “Annabelle” Weber, Marie “Boo” Benton and husband Ronnie, Karl “Butterball” Weber and wife Sandy, Willie Weber and wife JoAnn, James “Dinky” Weber, and Jean Weber; special nephew, Michael “Jug Head” Baker and wife, Michelle; a host of other nieces and nephews and many, many friends.
