Mr. Glen Ray Dial, 69, passed away on Thursday, May 26, 2022 at Atrium Health-Cabarrus, surrounded by his family.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday, May 29, 2022 at Broadus Church, officiated by Rev. Rodney Quesenberry, with burial to follow at Carolina Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00 prior to the service.

Glen was born on August 2, 1952 in Marlboro Co., SC to the late Sandy “Sam” and Alline Locklear Dial. He is also preceded in death by 6 brothers and sisters.

Glen’s main passion was raising his chickens. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, rabbit dogs, and anything in the outdoors. Family was very special to him, loving his wife, girls, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren immensely.

He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Judy Eudy Dial; daughters, Sonja Allman and husband, Bobby, Glenda Locklear and husband, Mitchell “Skip”, Rhonda Wright and husband, Terry; 6 brothers and sisters; 7 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice and Palliative Care of Cabarrus County, 5003 Hospice Lane, Kannapolis, NC 28081.
