Fuller Lyon Iii Reese

FULLER “BUCK” L. REESE

Mr. Reese, age 74, beloved husband and father passed away on Wednesday, October 25, 2017. He was born in Savannah, Georgia to the late Fuller Reese, Jr. and Robbie Reese of Clinton, SC.

Mr. Reese was a 1967 graduate of Clemson University and a member of Delta Phi Kappa fraternity. A signal officer in the United States Army, he was a Vietnam War veteran and was awarded the Bronze Star medal. He was involved with Junior Achievement, Clemson Alumni, and various charities. He was a former Vice President of both Fieldcrest Cannon and Pillowtex in all areas of textile manufacturing.

Mr. Reese is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Mary; a daughter, Michelle Josefberg and husband, Aron and 2 grandchildren, Jess and Connor of Clayton, NC; a son, Robert Reese and 2 grandchildren, Lauren and Anne, and their mother, Stephanie of Concord; a brother, Robert A. Reese and his wife, Gladys of Coleman, TX.

A memorial service will be held 1 PM Saturday, October 28, 2017 at Resurrection Anglican Church at Center Grove Lutheran Church, 1601 S. Cannon Blvd., Kannapolis, NC officiated by Father Joshua Gilliam. An inurnment service will follow.

Mr. Reese will be greatly missed by his friends and family.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Resurrection Anglican Church’s Prayer Ministry.
