Craig and Pastor Richard Burrage officiating. Burial will follow at Harrisburg Baptist Church Cemetery.
Frankie was born July 12, 1951 in Cabarrus County, a son of the late Charlie W. and Martha Lou Taylor Starnes. He was also preceded in death by his beloved wife, Betty Bryant Starnes, and a sister, Ethel Starnes.
Frankie worked many years in the trucking business and retired from J.B. Hunt Trucking as a diesel mechanic. One of his greatest pleasures was helping Wayne Furr on his farm baling and hauling hay and wheat straw. As long as his health permitted, he loved being outdoors and staying busy, whether doing things for himself, but mainly, for others. Frankie was a member of Christ Community Church of Concord, where he attended faithfully as long as his health permitted. He will surely be missed.
