Bruce Cochran

Mr. Coyt "Bruce" Cochran, age 71 of Concord, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, January 9, 2024.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, January 13 from 12:30 to 2 pm at Wilkinson Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held in the chapel at 2 pm with Rev. Chris Baker officiating. Burial will follow at Roberta Methodist Church Cemetery.

Bruce was born November 21, 1952 in Cabarrus County and was the son of the late Robert Coyt Cochran and Betty Overcash Cochran. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Sandy Bailey.

Bruce retired after many years with Southern Concrete. He enjoyed working in his yard and fishing. His greatest pleasure was spending time with his grandchildren and his family. He and his wife would have shared 50 years together in February. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife, Linda Kluttz Cochran; daughter, Jessica Tate and husband, Travis; grandchildren, Braxton and Baylor; sister-in-law, Pat Horton and husband, Joe; brother-in-law, Danny Kluttz and wife, Brenda, and many other relatives and friends.
