Brent White

Brent Tristrim White, 31, of Charlotte, passed away unexpectedly on January 26th, 2025. Brent was born on April 4th, 1993, in Portsmouth, VA, to Tamra Archer (Clary) and Eric White. Before moving to Charlotte, Brent lived his life in Hertford, NC.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Abby White, and their son, Tucker Tristrim White, expected in June 2025. He is also survived by his parents, Eric White and Tamra Archer (Clary); his siblings, Makenna Archer and Michaela Archer, and her partner, Ryan, and their children, Makai and Shiloh; his grandparents, Karen (Burkholder) and Cannon Tristrim White; and his great-grandmother, Betty Parker.

After graduating from Perquimans High School, Class of 2011, Brent began his career at FedEx, where he worked for 12.5 years and dedicated himself to earning the role of P&D Manager. He was passionate about the outdoors-whether it was BBQing, spending time at the beach, hunting, fishing, riding watercrafts, ATVs, or playing with his dogs. Brent was also a lifelong fan of all sports, particularly the Chicago Bears, Atlanta Braves, and Georgia Bulldogs.

But what Brent loved most was his family and friends, which was evident by the supporters that came hundreds of miles away when they heard about his accident. He was eagerly awaiting the arrival of his son and could not wait to become a father this year. His love for Abby and their unborn son was clear to all who knew him. Brent's humor, compassion, and generosity touched the lives of everyone around him and he will be greatly missed.

A memorial service will be held at the City Club at Gibson Mill in Concord, NC, on Saturday, February 1st, 2025, at 1:00 pm, with a greeting of family to follow. All who knew Brent are welcome to join the family in celebrating his life. The address is 325 McGill Ave NW Suite 150, Concord, NC 28027.

A Celebration of Life will also be held in Hertford, NC, on April 5th, 2025, at the home of Brent's grandparents.
