Concord - Bonnie Gail Coble, mother and grandmother extraordinaire, went to her eternal life of watching over her girls on Friday February 17, 2017.
Her celebration will be held on Saturday February 25 at Epworth United Methodist Church - Concord NC
Receiving 10:00 am - 12 pm
Celebration begins at 12 pm
The family requests anyone attending the celebration to please wear Christmas attire (shirts, sweatshirts, sweaters, jewelry, red and green). Bonnie's favorite time of the year was Christmas and she looked forward every year to pulling out her clothing, jewelry and decorations. She did not get that chance in 2016 so we are going to honor her in this way on Saturday.
She was born on November 16, 1947 to Lewis and Juanita Coble of Concord. She was employed with S & D Coffee for over 35 years and was a graduate of Concord High School. She lived her life for her daughters, LeRene Brantley and Kristin Gray and most of all for her granddaughter, Faith Brantley. Bonnie loved spending time with her family, reading, going to the mountains to get a Christmas tree every year, buying gifts for others and spending time at the beach or mountains with a cup of coffee watching the sun rise. She was preceded in death by her brother, Elex and is survived by her sister, Tonya.
She would tell you now if she could; spend time with your parents, children and grandchildren, and live your life with integrity. These are the things in life that define you. Be grateful for every second of every day that you get to spend with the people you love. Life is so very precious.
Memorials may be made to Levine & Dickson Hospice House, 11900 Vanstory Drive, Huntersville, NC 28078 or to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, P.O. Box 1000 Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38101-9908.
