Arnold Carroll "AC" Seamon, Jr, 70 years old departed this world on Sunday, January 12, 2025 at Atrium Health Hospice Tucker House. A.C. was born on May 20, 1954 to the late Arnold Carroll Seamon, Sr and Betty McCall. He was raised by his late maternal grandparents Eugene and Mildred Castor.
He was a skilled artisan with metal, making knifes he gave as gifts. A.C. loved trains and going to the Outer Banks. He retired from City of Kannapolis Parks and Rec. He will be remembered for restoring and driving the red C.P. Huntington train at Village Park. A.C. was also a lifetime member of the NRA.
A.C. is survived by his wife Mary Ann Witherspoon Seamon; his mother Betty McCall; 11 half siblings; his aunt Betty Linker (Sam), and his feline fur babies, Mabelline and Aggravation (Aggie).
The family will receive friends on Monday January 20, 2025 at Wilkinson Funeral Home from 1-2pm. The graveside service will follow at 2:30 at Howell's Baptist Church.
