She was my beloved big sis, the one who did my hair, read to me, gave me good advice, and was always there for me, like a second mom.

While growing up, my sister and I would get to visit often in Ohio. We would play in the magnificent garden she grew, cook with her, listen to her sing and play the piano. She would walk us to the local ice cream parlor and read us books at night when we spent the night. She moved to SC at the beach, and we would always go to the pier in Garden City, play board games, go on long walks, and swim in the pool. She would always take us to church, too. She loved classical music, reading, knitting, and singing! Im so glad to have had her in my life!
