Obituary for Pamela Ginder (Corniels)
CONCORD- Pamela Kay Corniels Ginder, 69 passed away on February 5, 2018 at St. Andrews Living Center.
A family service will be held in Illinois.
Pam was born in Adams Wisconsin on June 16, 1948. She was one of seven children born to Albert A. and Dora Welsh Corniels. She also had eight half-siblings. After she graduated in 1967 from Yorkville High School in Illinois she began her career in commercial insurance. Pam was very creative. She displayed her talents in her photography, art, and plethora of craft projects. She enjoyed puzzles and games and genealogy. What she enjoyed the most was being Mrs. Charlie Ginder. She took pride in the home they made together. Along with Charlie, she got to experience travels with his job that took them to Europe and Australia . They also journeyed to all fifty states, many NASCAR races, and Myrtle Beach. She cherished her role as a wife, mother, and took much pride in her grandchildren. Charlie left us on December 1, 2017.
She was also preceded in death by siblings, Eloise Van Hauen, Ken Corniels, Robert Corniels, Helen Siverly, Raymond Corniels, David Corniels, Lyle Owen, and Frances Messner.
Survivors include her son, Jake Donaldson and wife Kim of Concord; grandchildren, Justin Donaldson and Madison T. Donaldson of Concord; siblings, Betty Whitley, Duane Corniels, Joyce Knight, Sharon Hamblin, Richard Corniels, and Shirley Mast; step- daughters, Kathy Ford and husband Mike and Dawn Messenberg and husband John; step-son, Scott Ginder and wife Jill.
